Spencer Rigging is pleased to announce that it has acquired Southern Spars Services and Equipment, a rigging loft and mast builder, based in Southampton.

Whilst owned by Spencer Rigging, Southern Spars will continue to operate from its existing facilities in Shamrock Quay, Southampton.

Former owner Bob Bowers will also continue to have a role in Southern Spars and commented “it will be very much business as usual for Southern Spars customers. We are delighted at joining the Spencer Rigging Group”.
