Delivery is available for all our online orders to most UK Mainland
addresses and we will send an e-mail to let you know your order has been dispatched.
Most orders will need to be signed for at the point of delivery.
If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock, or cancelling your purchase.

Can I specify a time for delivery?
If you require your order at a specific time (i.e. before 10am), please call us and we will be happy to dicuss your requirements further.
Which areas are covered by the delivery charges?
Standard delivery is available on most UK mainland addresses with the exception of the following areas:
Scottish Highlands, Outer Hebrides (HS),
Inverness-Shire (PH19-44), Argyll (PA20-99), Aberdeenshire (AB13, AB21-23, AB30-56), Brodwick & Millport (KA27, KA28), Morayshire (IV3-24, IV26-99). If you live in any of these area, please call us to find out more.
Can I get free delivery outside mainland UK?
